French Secret, Inc. orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt on business days and shipment can take place as soon as 24 hours after your order has been processed. It may take from 2 to 7 business days to arrive, depending on the selected shipping method and destination.

Shipping costs for all orders are at your expense and are in addition to the price of the products.

Canceling an order: You may cancel an order if you send notice to us before your order has been shipped. Notice of cancellation should be sent as soon as possible since French Secret, Inc. attempts to ship all orders within 24 hours after processing them. All properly cancelled orders will be fully reimbursed.

If the wrong product is shipped by French Secret, Inc. the customer must inform (by phone, letter, fax or email) French Secret, Inc. within 15 days of receipt of the products which, if unopened, will be picked up and replaced at no extra charge.

If products are properly shipped by French Secret, Inc. they cannot be returned and replaced nor returned and refunded.  Any supplementary delivery costs incurred by a change or correction of shipping address after the products have been shipped will be billed to the client.

Payments of all supplemental taxes or duties, if any, are the customer’s sole responsibility. 

The importer is the party responsible for all the formalities and compliance with local laws and regulations relating to the importation of the products into its country.

All goods remain French Secret, Inc. property until completion of payment.

French Secret, Inc. products are not pharmaceutical products and are not intended to be used for diagnostic or treatment purposes. JURISDICTION

All sales take place in the State of New York, United States and are exclusively subject to the laws of the State of New York and to the sole jurisdiction of the courts of the State of New York.
