Recommended Use: Fill it with your choice of powder. It has a top and a protective pull up sleeve to keep bristles in shape when not in use. For overall foundation application, point the arrow to Roman Numeral ( II ) for a medium flow. A few passes around the face (building up light layers) is recommended. If a heavier flow is desired, switch setting to ( III ). If a lighter flow is desired, step back to setting ( I ). Remember that the best application is achieved by building up light layers.
